Beautiful Kentucky! My great uncle was a Trappist Monk at Gethsemani, outside of Bardstown. We called him Monkle Tom, but his taken name was Brother Giles. It is worth a stop. Thomas Merton’ religious home and he is buried there. And have you read Horse by Geraldine Brooks?
